Use an ice cream scoop to scoop your cookie dough!
Instead of using a spoon or your hands, use an ice cream scoop. The ice cream scoop method ensures that every cookie is the same size and will look the same when they finish baking. If your cookies are different sizes, they will need to bake for different amounts of time and you could be left with some cookies that are burnt and others that are completely raw. Yikes! That’s why it’s always a great idea to measure/weigh your cookie dough or at the very least use an ice cream scoop.
